"Okay so ehh.. just had coffee with Sarah from ehh.. Greenfield, that company in the city centre. Good meeting. They're looking at a new platform, evaluating I think three vendors, we're one of them. Ehh she said the budget is already signed off which is good, but procurement wants a formal proposal. Needs to be in by April fifteenth, that's ehh pretty tight. She liked the integration story but she wants to see a live demo with their actual data before committing. So we need to arrange that. Ehh her colleague Tim — I don't know his last name, he's on the technical side — he's the one who makes the final call. Didn't meet him today but Sarah said he'll join next week. Ehh also.. she mentioned they want to decide before summer because there's some kind of reorganisation happening after that. So there's a deadline behind the deadline. I need to follow up next week, Tuesday probably. And ehh send something about the CRM integration — I think they're on Salesforce but not a hundred percent sure, need to check that."

"Ehh okay so just got off the phone with Peter from Technova. He was ehh.. not happy, let's put it that way. The issue is that the bulk export keeps timing out when files are bigger than five hundred megabytes. And that's basically every file they work with. Ehh he says it happens every day around three o'clock, consistently. He tried it in Chrome and Firefox so it's not a browser thing. Their IT already looked at it and ruled out the firewall. So it's on our end. Ehh the urgent part is they have a board presentation on the twenty-eighth of March and they need those exports. That's like ten days away. So this is really urgent. And ehh — important context — their contract is up for renewal in May. So if we don't fix this I honestly don't know if they'll stay. Ehh I want to escalate this to development today, with all this context. And I also want to send something back to Peter so he knows we're taking it seriously, that someone's actually picking it up. Ehh yeah that's basically it. Oh wait — he also mentioned something about scheduled exports, that they want to set those up, but that's separate from this issue, I'll save that for later."
